TYLER RODRIGUE
Investment Manager
Tyler Rodrigue serves as Investment Manager and is responsible for asset management, construction management, new investment underwriting, due diligence, and closing. Mr. Rodrigue currently manages a portfolio of eight multi-family assets consisting of over 1,100 units across the Western United States and has entitlement and construction management responsibilities for over $20 million in value-add activities. Mr. Rodrigue has assisted in acquiring $125 million in value-add and core investments for JB Matteson since inception.
Prior to joining JB Matteson, Mr. Rodrigue worked for Tiburon Ventures, a Bay Area-based private development company focused on land entitlement and asset management in select West Coast markets. At Tiburon Ventures, he was responsible for acquisitions underwriting and asset management activities. Prior to Tiburon Ventures, Mr. Rodrigue worked for Heller Pacific, a Sacramento-based private development company focused on commercial and mixed-use development and asset management in Northern California. At Heller Pacific, he was responsible for project management, asset management, underwriting and leasing activities.
Mr. Rodrigue is a graduate of the University of California at Davis with a degree in Managerial Economics. Mr. Rodrigue has maintained his General Contractor's license since 2009. Mr. Rodrigue is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Belden Club, San Francisco Yacht Club, Commonwealth Club, Sierra Club, and California Association of Winegrape Growers.
